For long holding periods (warm or cold) and/or regenerating, we offer a large selection of active meal-distribution systems.The regenerating process of foods is done by hot air, which is circulated by a fan in the trolley.
The temperatures in the hot compartment, as well as in the completely separate cooling compartment, are constant, irrespective of whether the trolley is in cooling or the warming mode. Due to the precise setting of temperatures, there is no danger of selective overheating. Cold foods are cooled (or warm foods heated) until the trays are removed from the trolley.
